In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Housekeeping Service: To limit staff entry to guest rooms during a guest stay, daily stayover cleaning service is not offered. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Guests can request replenishment of any towels and room amenities by contacting the front desk for item pickup or for contactless delivery. If you wish to receive a housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Face coverings are required for all staff members. Staff members will wear gloves, etc, based on the activities they are performing and will practice frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request for every arriving guest.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection with EPA-approved agents that kill the COVID-19 virus, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
