Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Relocated passport scanners to face guest to enhance contact-less transaction.
  • Mobile check-in is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • We have upgraded our cleaning protocols to include sanitizing of all public spaces and high touch equipment/items with sanitizers and disinfectants that kill bacteria, germs and viruses.
  • Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces every hour and disinfecting all high touch/high traffic items and equipment in public spaces ( e.g Front Desk Counter tops, Door handles, elevator button, public phones, ATM machines, public restrooms, taps, switches, POS terminals, sanitizer stations, chairs, tables, credit card terminals, micros etc. ).
  • All our associates both guest facing and back of house use proper Personal Protective Equipment including face mask, hand gloves, face shields, single use coveralls, and safety boots where necessary.
  • We have removed all items that cannot be sanitized from our rooms including throw pillows, down blankets and magazines
  • We have provided sanitizer stations in all high touch locations around the hotel.
  • We have provided additional hand wash stations at all entry points of the hotel and Ladi Kwali Conference Center.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact us by responding to this email, send us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App or meet us at check-in.

  • In line with local state laws, our Lobby Bar, Papillon Restaurant, Luigi's Italian Restaurant and Pool Restaurant & Bar are now open to both in-house and walk in guests at 50% of its capacity. All necessary safety and precautionary measures have been put in place to ensure our diners stay safe.
  • In-room dining is available 24 hours to all resident guests. Enhanced cleanliness measures are being taken during food preparation and delivery to the guest room.
