Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In line with Scottish Government restrictions, all Associates and Guests are required to wear a face covering while in the public areas of our hotel, unless exempt.

We have partition screens installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines to limit face to face contact.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our Hotel. These include:
 
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including, public areas, restrooms and elevators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations throughout.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear appropriate PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. In line with Scottish Government restrictions, Guests are required to wear a face covering in public ares of our hotel, unless exempt.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Complimentary disinfectant wipes are available in every Guestroom. Reading materials have been removed from our Guestrooms but are available on request. Crockery and Glassware has been removed from our Guestrooms but are available on request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide housekeeping services daily.
  • Fitness Center: Open, 24 hours
  • Taxis: Remain available as normal.
  • Breakfast: Available Monday - Friday 5am - 10am and Saturday and Sunday, 6.30am - 10am
  • Kitchen and Bar: Open daily for drinks from 12pm and for food from 5pm. Room service also available for collection from Kitchen and Bar
  • Market Shop: Open 24hrs for meals, snacks and confectionary.
