Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and international mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Complimentary tea, coffee and condiments are packed individually for each guest
  • Sanitary kit is available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • To minimize the contact areas in guest rooms, textile and bathroom products are also individually packed for each guest

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open through Monday to Saturday. It is closed on Sundays for detailed cleaning and disinfection.
Spa: Open through Monday to Saturday, reservation required. It is closed on Sundays for detailed cleaning and disinfection. Social distancing required.
Outdoor Pool: Open everyday from 9 am to 8 pm. Social distancing required.
Club Lounge: 10th floor Club Lounge is closed until further notice. Club benefits are served at the Hotel Main Restaurants.
Onur Kebab Restaurant: Closed until further notice.

La Spezia Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Mask is required at the entrance and disinfectant wipes are available for guests at the tables.

In-room-dining service is available for 24 hours and food will be provided without entering the guest room by keeping the social distance at the door.
