Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We have implemented different printed and digital signage to remind our valued customers on the hotels COVID-19 safety measures which include Social distancing, hand sanitation and coughing recommendations.
  • Contact less solutions as Marriott Bonvoy mobile key for rooms, QR code contact less menu solution for F&B outlets is implemented to deliver our customers a safe experience. Front office desk and F&B service lines are fenced with protective Plexiglas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several changes to enhance our housekeeping cleaning procedure this include:


  • Touch points and surfaces are disinfected every two hours.
  • As a mandatory precaution all associates apply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), all rooms are disinfected before inspection.
  • All our housekeeping associates have taken a commitment to clean training modules and are timely briefed on domestic government rules and regulations along with WHO guidelines regarding COVID-19 pandemic.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We work strongly to meet local and WHO standards to make sure that our guests have a very safe experience with us, by reducing number of peoples in public areas to enforce social distancing we have made modifications as below:


  • Fitness Center: By arranging a time table only two guests at a time are allowed to use gym by applying all necessary precautions.
  • Spa: Temporarily closed.
  • Lobby: Face-mask is required.

All our F&B outlets Ivy bar, pepper & spice restaurant and room service are open for service by implementing all the required WHO and local food safety and hygiene guidelines, changes are made to enforce social distancing procedure and touch less solutions are also applied to avid contacts.


  • Pepper & Spice restaurant: QR code menu is implemented
  • Pepper & Spice restaurant: Plexiglass Barrier is implemented on service line desk.
  • Pepper & Spice restaurant: Social distancing markers are applied in front of on service line desk.
  • Pepper & Spice restaurant: Separate pen holder for sanitized and unclean pen during signing.

Ivy bar working hour 04:00PM-10:00PM


Room service 06:00AM-11:00PM

All meeting rooms are closed to avoid public gathering, Ivy is open for small events that accommodate up 50 peoples at a time as per a local regulation.
