Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Social Distancing Signage throughout the hotel
  • Reduction of seating capacities in our restaurants and Bars
  • Placed partitions at the front desk and pastry shop where guests line up to be served
  • Started Pick up/ Take away service
  • Offered contactless menu with QR code
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces
  • Regular disinfection of door handles, elevator control panels, counter at the front desk, public bathrooms, even room keys and credit card terminals
  • Wearing face masks.
  • Using cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items
  • Updated instructions on hygiene standards and instructions on hand disinfection to all associates
  • Back of house increased cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms, and staff offices
  • Temperature checks for associates
  • Face masks for associates, having social distancing footprints by the associates dining room
  • Installed additional hand sanitizer dispensers through out especially high - touch surface areas. Guests are required to wear face masks, sanitize theirs hands and temperature will be checked up on entering to the hotel
  • Regarding room amenities, we have planned to put pair of masks and disinfectant wipes inside the room for guests


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are working with local safety and hygiene protocols keeping social distancing and reducing capacities of outlets to decrease the number of guest attending.

 

 

  • Pool: Open with all the necessary cautions and with reduced operation hours
  • In-house Only Fitness Center: Open, Sanitizers available and masks are required
  • Spa: Closed until further notice
  • Simba Kids playground: Closed until further notice
  • Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Operating on normal schedule with appropriate seating arrangements

We have social distancing signage through out our operating restaurants and bars, we have offered Pick up / Take away service and we have applied contactless menu with QR code.


Our operating outlets are:

 

  • Fountain court: Lobby bar with limited hours of operation
  • Summerfield's: Our international buffet restaurant with amended opening and closing hours
  • Breezes: Restaurant by the pool with limited hours of operation
  • Temptations: Our pastry shop with limited hours of operation during the weekdays and with the usual working hours on weekends
  • Office Bar: With limited number of days and hours of operation with out the musical band/Live entertainment.


Our closed outlets are:

 

  • Shaheen: Our Indian restaurant
  • Stagioni: Our Italian restaurant but both Italian and Indian dishes are being served at the Summerfields restaurant
  • Gaslight: Our night club


No mobile dining option in our Hotel.
