Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions installed at Front Desks, Spa and Golf Pro Shop service lines. Hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel provided throughout the resort. The use of facemask is mandatory for all guests and employees and the masks are provided free of charge.

 

 

  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym, golf pro shop and provide more hand sanitizing stations.

 

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to the guests.

 

  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining and Spa menus with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote control and pen. In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
 

  • Fitness Center: Open, limited capacity of 50% and face masks required at all times.

 

  • Spa: Open, reservation required and limited capacity of 50%.

 

  • Golf and Pro Shop: Open from Tuesday to Saturday, social distancing required and face masks required at all times.

 

  • Kids Club / Playground: Open only upon request in order to comply with local regulations.

Breakfast and lunch is served at our Club House restaurant and dinner is offered at our Sunsa restaurant. The pool bar is also open for snacks and refreshments. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 75% of total capacity and 1.5 mtr. between tables. We do not offer a breakfast buffet, but will offer an a la carte menu instead. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information at each venue in order to minimize risks.

  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
