• Providing a safer environment for our guests and ladies and gentlemen is a top priority.
• Within all U.S. Marriott Hotels, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor and outdoor areas at our hotels, unless required by local law. Unvaccinated guests must still wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in indoor public spaces. 
• The resort restaurants and facilities are only available to registered-overnight guests.
• Use of mobile technology available: Mobile Key, eFolio delivery and Mobile Requests via the Marriott Bonvoy app.
• Choice of baggage assistance or personal unloading; to include golf bag storage.
• Front desk, bell desk, and concierge desk all equipped with plexiglass panels at counters.
• Stairwell access is available for all five floors of guestrooms.
• Housekeeping services will be performed when the guests are not present in the room. 
• In all restaurants, tables, chairs, and service equipment are sanitized after each use and at regular intervals.

• Deeper and more frequent cleaning of high-traffic and high-touch areas, including handrails, elevator buttons, door handles and surfaces.
• Utilizing cleaning products that kill the spread of COVID-19.
• Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout the resort.
• Frequent cleaning of public area restrooms, including single-use hand towels.
• Deep cleaning between guest stays; focus on sanitizing every area of the room.
• Daily housekeeping services are available per individual guest preference to be confirmed at check-in.
• Housekeeping services will be performed when the guests are not present in the room.
• Deep cleaning of high-touch items in guestroom such as handles, knobs, drawer pulls, hairdryer and remote controls.
• Honor Bar currently removed from guest rooms, items are available throughout the resort.
• Disinfectant wipes added to each room for personal use.

If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to decline housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time or utilize your privacy door sign.

• The Spa and Salon is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with limited treatment menu available, including a variety of massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.
• Fitness Center is open 24-hours daily, with key card access. Group fitness classes are currently suspended.
• Locker rooms sauna, steam room and whirlpool are available for guest use.
• The Indoor Spa Pool is open for adult lap swimming from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Family swim time is open at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sanitization of equipment, treatment rooms and lounge areas between use; high-touch areas are cleaned at regular intervals.
• The pool and beach are open for your enjoyment. 
• Single-use service stations of water and sunscreen.
• Non-motorized watersports (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, personal flotation devices) and bicycles are available and will be sanitized between each guest's use.
• Rides on Linger Longer Express are available at 11am and 3pm daily; pick-up on the Front Drive. 
• Backyard Attendant provides frequent cleaning of picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, non-motorized watersports and No Wake Zone games.
• Evening s'mores will be offered in The Backyard from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., weather permitting, 
• Reynolds Lake Oconee Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Sporting Grounds, Young Harris Water Sports and Oconee Classic boat rentals are available. All are strong partners in keeping a healthy and safe environment for our guests.

• Linger Longer Steakhouse is open for dinner Wednesday to Monday (Closed Tuesdays), please contact the concierge for seasonal days and hours of operation. Reservations for dinner required, walk-ins based on availability.
• Barrel Room is open daily, available for guests 18 years old and older. Please contact the concierge for seasonal hours of operation. Walk-ins welcome. 
• The Coffee Shop is open daily, please contact the concierge for seasonal hours of operation. Offering assorted beverages, grab-and-go pre-packaged food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Infinity Pool is open daily dining and beverage service from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Splash Shack at the Family Pool and Sand Bar at the Beach are open daily for limited dining and beverage service. Please contact the concierge for seasonal hours of operation.
• In-Room Dining is available daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Contact-free delivery and pickup will be provided upon request.
• To-go meals are available to order and may be enjoyed around the resort outside at a picnic table.

• Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
• Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
