Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our Hotel Lobby, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, Gym, Spa, Meeting areas, Pool in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions have been installed at front desks and restaurant counters.

 

We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app for a faster contactless check-in. You still will be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out. Your invoice will be available to view on your in-room TV screen.

 

Single use disposable placemat menus and QR code menus in all restaurants.
Luggage assistance is available upon request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

 

Room Amenities:

 

  • Minibars: Beverages can be ordered through room services. Our minibars are currently not stocked but they are sanitized and available for use.
  • Ice machines are currently not available. Ice is available at La Nao Lounge (free of charge) or can be ordered through room service (at a fee)
  • Sanitized Kettle with tea and instant coffee available in all rooms
  • Coffee machines available in our Suites
  • Bathrobes and Slippers are currently not being placed in our rooms but they are available upon request free of charge.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Housekeeping Service:

 

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to opt out for our daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Currently not 24 hrs. available. Access to our Gym through our Spa main entrance during the Spa opening hours. With prior reservation through our hotel reception. Due to the current restrictions our instructor lead fitness classes are currently not available.
  • Spa: All services with prior reservation through our hotel reception. Check website for opening times which may change subject to occupancy
  • Golf: La Sella Golf, Club House and Driving range open daily, with prior reservation.
  • Kids Club: Due to the current restrictions, no Kids Club activities available.
  • Hotel Pool: The use of the pool is without reservation but always subject to the established capacity limit. Pool towels are provided in your room and are also available from our lifeguard
  • Lounges: Our Lobby Lounge and Lobby Terrace is currently not serviced. Please visit our La Nao Lounge on the ground with our large pool terrace

Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines. The opening hours and offerings of our food & beverage outlets may be modified on a short-term basis depending on the occupancy and demand. Please check the website for the latest opening times. Digital menus and single use placemat menus are available for our restaurants. Restaurants with prior reservation through our hotel reception.

 

The breakfast is offered in our Montgo restaurant and it is an assisted buffet. Prior reservation is required. We are offering several time slots with reduced capacity and a max duration of 50 minutes. Mondays till Fridays: 08:00 / 09:00 and 10:00. Saturdays & Sundays: 07:00 / 08:00 / 09:00 and 10:00. Between each time slot guests are requested to leave the restaurant for ventilation and disinfection of tabletops and chairs.


Smoking is not allowed on any of our restaurant terraces.

Use of Face Masks. The Generalitat Valenciana has decreed the compulsory use of face masks for everybody aged 6 or over in public streets and all open-air and indoor space which are open to the public. In indoor restaurants and outdoor terraces, the use of the face mask is also required while not eating or drinking.

Face masks are the only compulsory protective equipment.

Smoking is also prohibited in the street or in outdoor areas if a minimum distance of two meters cannot be maintained.

Nightlife All discotheques and dance halls are currently closed. Bars and restaurants must close by 01:00 (1 am). They may not let new customers in after 00:00 (midnight).

Social distancing of 1.5 metres at the bar, and tables at least 1.5 meters apart. A maximum of 10 diners per table is allowed.

Drinking alcoholic beverages in the street is prohibited.

Beaches: Most beaches are public spaces with free access, but depending on their occupancy levels, local governments may apply measures to ensure social distancing.
