Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signages and stickers throughout our hotels to remind the guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reduction in restaurants.

Room key sanitised after every use and no valet service is currently available for parking.

Aligning with Commitment to Clean, our property follows strict cleaning practices. These include :

 

  • Public Space Cleaning: We have the cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic areas as well as provided more hand sanitising stations.
  • Safety Equipments: Associates wear safety gears based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilising enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room amenities are available on request to decrease the number of touch points.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
