Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Monitoring guests temperature upon arriving, applying a sanitation procedures at the hotel entrance and sanitation of the guests luggage upon arriving and departing.

The hotel has high intensity sanitation measures in place for all areas and staff. Providing Hygiene and Sterilization tools that properly distributed inside the facility especially at entrances and exit points.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services every day and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open from 6:00AM - 10:30PM
  • Spa: Open from 6:00AM - 10:00PM
  • Indoor Pool: Open from 6:00AM - 10:30PM
  • Outdoor Pool: Open from 8:00AM - 6:00PM

 

  • Spice Garden: Open from 6:30AM - 11:00AM
  • EVOO: Temporarily Closed
  • The Green Lounge: Open from 7:00AM - 11:00PM
  • The Bar: Open from 5:00PM - 12:00AM 
  • Club on Five Lounge: (Open during the summer 7:00PM -12:00AM)
