Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Sanitizing stations are installed at the entrances of our hotel, near front desk, inside elevators, lift landing, restaurant and bar, as well as in our meeting spaces.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Training: Enhanced sanitation guidelines and training is in place for all our associates that includes hygiene and disinfecting practices.

Housekeeping Service: Three step cleaning procedure is in place in the guest room using hospital grade disinfectants. Reducing in-stay housekeeping: the only person in the room is you. There are individual disinfectant wipes in each room for guest's personal use. There is a cleaning calendar in place for all guest rooms and public areas following Dutch guidelines and Marriott's Commitment to Clean.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open 24/7. Reservations are required and can be made at the concierge desk.
M Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.
Hair Salon: Open, reservation required.

Midtown Grill: Open.
Sorel's Bar & Lounge: Closed until further notice.
The Market Grab & Go: Open.

 

  • Mobile Dining available. Through the Marriott Bonvoy App you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner, specially packaged and delivered right to your door without contact to enjoy in the comfort of your room.
  • Touchless menus available in our restaurants through QR-code.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
