Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

The Sheraton Guestrooms are as lean as possible, all in-room information can be found by scanning the QR code on the room desk. Disinfection wipes are available in the rooms & suites.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. (Due to the current lockdown only take-away possible from The Gate Bar).


Please note that Sheraton Amsterdam Hotel is located adjacent to Amsterdam Airport Schipol, requiring you to pass through security checks and immigration. Kindly ensure to double check the latest COVID regulations, should you wish to stay at the hotel during your layover.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not available, but guests can take their coffee at our refreshment centers on every floor. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services everyday and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7
  • Club Lounge: Our Club Lounge is open again for our Bonvoy Members from 7AM to 11PM. Please note that the Club Lounge is for Platinum, Titanium, Ambassador Elite Members and guests who have booked a Club Room. Breakfast is served at Stripes and a selection of beer and wine will be served at the lounge with on request snacks between 6PM - 9PM.
