Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Effective Friday, March 5th, 2021 travelers are required to fill out the Traveler Responsibility Code on the Pitkin County website and are encouraged, although not required, per CDC travel guidance to get tested before visiting Pitkin County.

Pitkin County asks that visitors follow the CDC travel guidelines listed below:

  • If you are eligible, get fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Wait 2 weeks after getting your second vaccine dose to travel—it takes time for your body to build protection after any vaccination.
  • Get tested with a viral test 1-3 days before you travel. Keep a copy of your test results with you during travel in case you are asked for them.
  • Do NOT travel if you test positive.
  • Check travel restrictions before you go.
  • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when in public settings. Masks are required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations.
  • Avoid crowds and stay at least 6 feet from anyone who did not travel with you. It's important to do this everywhere — both indoors and outdoors.
  • Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer.
  • Bring extra supplies, such as masks and hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid contact with anyone who is sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Please visit Pitkin County Covid-19 Response + Recovery for more information.

There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, and is in compliance with local and state mandates. There are partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key service is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app

Face Masks in Aspen Core: As of May 1st, 2021, the City of Aspen continues to require people to wear masks in all indoor public spaces, as well as outdoor spaces when they are unable to maintain 6 ft. social distancing measures and are with people from different households.
