There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, and is in compliance with local and state mandates. There are partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Housekeeping Service + Styling Services

We are delighted to provide daily Housekeeping and Evening Turndown service upon request. Our standard housekeeping practice is to not enter your room on a daily basis, but rather provide additional fresh amenities, towels, trash removal, etc. upon request. For visits that are longer than 3 nights, a full stayover clean will be conducted after the 3rd night (on the 4th day).

If you need a crib, a roll-away bed or extra towels, pillows or blankets, please don't hesitate to call and we will get you what you need.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

WET Deck Pool & Hot Tub
As an in house guest you have 24/7 access to the pool & hot tub. Due to the current time, there are a few things to note:


  • Max capacity of the pool is 12 people
  • Please keep 6 ft. of social distance between groups
  • Max capacity of 6 people (or 3 groups of 2 people) in the hot tub at a time
  • Make a reservation for your party with the Welcome team to secure your space & get your pool towels delivered

We have a few new operating procedures for our state-of-the-art workout facility, located on the basement level we want you to know about:


  • Hours of operation are 7 days a week, 7AM-3PM
  • Check in with Welcome to make your reservation & get your access key
  • Our Style team will be cleaning the facilities & key cards in between each use
  • Please drop your keys at Welcome when you are finished
  • Masks/face coverings are required
Fuel your Rocky Mountain stay with an elevated collection of indoor and outdoor beverage and culinary options.

We are complying with Pitkin County's ordinance requiring:
  • Six (6) feet between tables
  • Eight (8) people maximum per table
  • Applying face masks when leaving your table. You may remove your mask at the table, but when walking about the restaurant kindly place your mask back on. This behavior and expectation is consistent with restaurants throughout Aspen.

As outlined below, our Living Room will be open for breakfast; WET Deck and Townie Truck will be open for lunch; Living Room, WET deck and Townie Truck will be open for dinner and cocktails.

Alcoholic Beverages:
The State of Colorado has suspended all alcohol sales after 10:00 pm each day. This applies to all of our food & beverage outlets, including In-Room Dining. Food service will continue, but alcohol must be ordered & paid for prior to 10:00 pm. This applies to all entities that are licensed to sell liquor in Aspen and Colorado.

Aspen Outfitting Company offers fly-fishing trips on the valley's gold medal trout waters. No experience required. Includes a guide, transportation, beverages, rods, reels, waders, and boots.

One of the most popular summer activities for all levels, many local hikes offer breathtaking mountain views.

Horseback Riding
Horseback ride through endless mountain trails. One, two and four-hour trips are available.

Hot Air Ballooning
Soar above Aspen at dawn in a hot air balloon. Sunrise rides show you breathtaking views of the Aspen/Snowmass area.

Paraglide high over Aspen and its surrounding valleys. Tandem flights leave from the top of Aspen Mountain.

River Rafting
Enjoy the thrill of white water rafting from float trips to Class V rapids. A variety of excursions are offered, including half and full day trips on the Colorado, Roaring Fork and Arkansas Rivers.

Shooting Activities
Aspen Outfitting Company offers individual instruction and clay shooting. Beginner through advanced instruction is held at a shooting range with skeet, trap and sporting targets. Includes all necessary equipment, transportation, beverages, targets, and cartridges for one round of clays.
