Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and is in compliance with local and state mandates. There are partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Due to Pitkin County and City of Aspen guidelines, masks are required in all indoor areas and face coverings must also be worn outdoors in public places within Aspen's Mandatory Mask Zone areas.

We have implemented additional cleaning processes and procedures to prepare your guestroom for your arrival. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to have your guestroom available by 4PM on your arrival day.


Our standard housekeeping practice is to not enter your room on a daily basis. Style will be offering housekeeping and evening turndown service upon request. For stays that are 3+ nights, we will automatically clean your guestroom after every 3rd night. 


If you need any additional amenities, towels, a roll-away bed, a crib, or have any questions, dial Whatever/Whenever. We got you covered, anytime. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

WET Deck Pool & Hot Tub

Only in-house guests are allowed to use the WET Deck pool + hot tub. All in-house guests must follow these COVID regulations:

 

  • Max capacity of the pool is 12 people.
  • Please keep 6 ft. of social distance between groups.
  • Max capacity of 6 people (or 3 groups of 2 people) in the hot tub at a time.
  • Make a reservation for your party with the Welcome team to secure your space & get your pool towels delivered.
  • Hours of operation are 11AM-9PM.
  • All beverage and food service is currently closed on the WET Deck, which includes the WET Deck bar and seating area.


FIT Gym
We have a few new operating procedures for our state-of-the-art workout facility, located on the basement level we want you to know about:

 

  • Hours of operation are 7 days a week, 7AM-9PM
  • Check in with Welcome to make your reservation & get your access key
  • Our Style team will be cleaning the facilities & key cards in between each use
  • Please drop your keys at Welcome when you are finished
  • Masks/face coverings are required

Indoor Dining Restrictions in the City of Aspen + Pitkin County include:

 

  • Effective Sunday, January 17th at 12:01AM, indoor dining at restaurants is prohibited. Takeout + delivery is permitted and available based on the restaurant.
  • Outdoor dining is permitted with those from the same household.
  • Alcohol sales closed at 8P, with last call at 7:30PM. 
  • Guests are required to wear a mask when dining unless you are actively eating or drinking.
  • Indoor dining not permitted on any of the four mountains. 

 

Contact Tracing: 
1. Collect and maintain a record of contact information for all individual patrons for the purposes of contact tracing.
2. Screen patrons at entrance and refuse entry to those displaying symptoms.
3. These heightened screening and tracing measures are required each time a guest enters the establishment regardless of time lapsed between screenings.

 

Alcoholic Beverages
The State of Colorado has suspended all alcohol sales after 8PM in our outdoor dining outlets. This applies to all entities that are licensed to sell liquor in Aspen + the state of Colorado. You may order Alcohol past 8PM in your guestroom via in-room dining, with a hard cut-off time at 2AM.

 

Beverage + Food Outlets at W Aspen + The Sky Residences 
In compliance with the restrictions to indoor dining + all guidance per local governance, effective Sunday, January 17th at 12:01 am, there will be no dining indoors at W Aspen. 

 

The Living Room Outdoor Terrace + In-Room Dining will be open for our guests, which these outdoor outlets have been modified to comply with the County's definition of 'outdoor dining.' 

 

Regulations for outdoor dining include: 

  • Limited to 25% capacity and only one (1) household seated per table
  • Mask must be worn while seated in the outdoor dining area whenever guests are not actively eating and/or drinking + while interacting with servers.

Live it up with bites and sips directly to your room. Scan the QR code in your room or below to view the in-room dining menu. Last call for alcohol is 1:30AM, with a hard cut-off at 2AM for all alcohol sales (this applies only to in-room dining alcohol sales).

 

Living Room Outside Terrace 
7AM-10PM
Directly accessible from the slopes, outdoor terrace serves up globally inspired yet locally-sourced bites and shareable plates. Shake it up with a mix of thirst quenching cocktails that have a hint of flavor from cultures around the globe.

 

Townie Truck
Wednesday-Sunday 10AM-6PM
Come ready to grab + go elevated street food to fuel your alpine adventures. You many walk-up throughout the day or order to-go dinners.

 

Grotto + Ice Cave 
7AM-10PM
Escape in The Grotto or The Ice Cave, the only slope-side, dome inspired dining experience at W Aspen. Soak in the Alpine scene with your household by reserving your own private Grotto located on the Living Room Outside Terrace or on the WET Deck rooftop. Chef Jackie will be serving up bites you just cannot resist and sip on globally inspired, crafted cocktails. Reservations will be taken for parties of 6-8 guests. One of the most popular summer activities for all levels, many local hikes offer breathtaking mountain views.

Horseback Riding
Horseback ride through endless mountain trails. One, two and four-hour trips are available.

Hot Air Ballooning
Soar above Aspen at dawn in a hot air balloon. Sunrise rides show you breathtaking views of the Aspen/Snowmass area.

Paragliding
Paraglide high over Aspen and its surrounding valleys. Tandem flights leave from the top of Aspen Mountain.

River Rafting
Enjoy the thrill of white water rafting from float trips to Class V rapids. A variety of excursions are offered, including half and full day trips on the Colorado, Roaring Fork and Arkansas Rivers.

Shooting Activities
Aspen Outfitting Company offers individual instruction and clay shooting. Beginner through advanced instruction is held at a picturesque shooting range with skeet, trap and sporting targets. Includes all necessary equipment, transportation, beverages, targets, and cartridges for one round of clays.

Pitkin County has enacted new travel orders to protect our community this winter as the ski season ramps up and travelers come from across the country. Effective December 14, 2020, all travelers coming to Pitkin County are being asked to complete an online travel affidavit prior to arrival. 

 

Vaccinations + the Traveler Affidavit
At this time, visitors who have completed the two-dose vaccination process remain required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 results, upon request, from a test administered within 72-hours before arrival in Pitkin County.

 

Should further guidance on vaccinations + travel be provided, we will deliver new correspondence to our guests. In the meantime, we encourage all those traveling to the Resort to visit the County's COVID-19 information page.

Single Household Gathering Restrictions
Personal gatherings are not permitted & you may only congregate with individuals from your own household - this restriction applies to gatherings in private residences, lodging reservations, and accommodations.

 

Fines
Failure to comply with any area of the Traveler Affidavit and/or the Pitkin County Health Order is subject to up to a $5,000.00 fine.
