Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our Plato Bar in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Local law requirements are in place and require all guests entering the hotel to wear a mask. There are limits on the number of persons in elevators, gym and restaurant seating. Our indoor pool according to local law is not able to operate. We currently offer lugguage and valet service. Room Service is currently not in operation however we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from our Plato Bar.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
In-room coffee makers are available for your comfort and all items are sealed.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request and our TV remote control units are disinfected and sealed in a plastic bag.

Housekeeping Cleaning Service: To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact us by responding to this email, send us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App or meet us at check-in. If you would like to modify your housekeeping schedule, please contact us during your stay.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open with limit of 2 persons at a time in the gym
Spa: Treatment are available and can be booked prior. Sauna and indoor pool are not in operation
Public spaces and Bar: You are required to wear a mask in all indoor areas
Plato Bar: We currently serve breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30am. The Plato Bar serves light snack and meals throughout the day until 10:00pm
Room service: Is currently not in operation
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
