Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Entering the Hotel and Lobby area: Signage is placed in various locations throughout the Hotel, advising guests to practice physical distancing by standing at least 2m away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, using elevators or moving around the property. This includes check-in, check-out, reception, elevator lobbies and casual dining and taxi lines.


Body temperature detection system is installed for monitoring both guests and associates body temperatures at Hotel entrance.
Contactless disinfectant stands are placed at key guest entrances and contact areas such as driveways, reception areas, the hotel lobby, restaurant entrances, meeting and convention spaces, elevator landings, pools and exercise areas.

Mobile Check-In is heavily encouraged. Guests are asked to join the Marriott Bonvoy™ loyalty program and use the mobile check-in and mobile key whenever possible.

Protective plexiglas partitions are installed at the front desk between guests and team members, as well as at the restaurant Hostess counter and restaurant Buffet area, whilst hand Sanitizer station is positioned at the front Host/Hostess stand for both guests and associates to use.

Food and Beverage options have also evolved:


  • Room Service is now offered at no extra charge (except for breakfast) and you can either choose Standard Service or Knock and Go contactless delivery service. All packaging and products are single-use and disposable.
  • Items are also individually wrapped before delivered.
  • A Grab and Go corner, located on the Lobby Level, is also available 24|7, providing guests with the convenient option to take their preferred drink, snack and salad with no further human interference. This service is supervised by a Front desk associate.



  • Spa and sauna is available exclusively upon appointment whilst Gym's capacity is modified according to the government prevention guidelines
  • The open air pool is monitored by a lifeguard whilst capacity is modified according to the government regulations and sanitation measures


Valet service is only available upon guest request. The hotel shuttle service to the city centre is temporarily suspended as a precautionary measurement.

All associates are highly trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols with more comprehensive training for our teams with frequent guest contact including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Public Area Department, Hotel Operations and Security, following both Greek and Marriott International protocols on health and safety.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members all wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Steam cleaning and Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • In-room coffee makers: made available with individually packed supplies, whilst all menus and services previously available in hard copy are now made available on your guestroom TV.
  • QR Code Food Menus: also made available, in all public areas, providing a contactless ordering solution for guests. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, in all meeting rooms and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made based on current regulations include:


  • Fitness Center: Modified capacity according to the government regulations and sanitation measures. Modified operations focused on hygiene and disinfection of equipment, treatment rooms, and lounge areas between use.
  • Open air swimming pool: Modified capacity according to the government regulations and sanitation measures. Modified operations focused on using the right chemicals in every area; sanitizing pool equipment, surfaces and furniture between use
  • Spa & Beauty Salon: Open by appointment only. Longer appointment lengths to allow for deeper cleaning and disinfection between each appointment.
  • Shuttle service: Temporarily suspended
  • All Food and Beverage Outlets are open.
  • A Grab and Go corner at Lobby level, has been added, to facilitate guests wishing to take their preferred drink, snack and salad with no further human interference.
  • Room Service operates with no extra charge (except for breakfast) and offers a choice of either standard service or Knock and Go contactless delivery service. All packaging and products are single-use and disposable.
  • Items are also individually wrapped before delivered.
  • All associates wear a face mask as part of their uniform, whilst thermal screening is also mandatory
  • All associates have attended all recommended trainings by the local public health authorities following the Government Health instructions and protocols.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
