The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing while also ensuring adhering to mask wearing policies. Partitions are installed at the reception desk and in food & beverage outlets. Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions are in place throughout the hotel to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidance.

Mobile Check-in, Mobile Key, and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

The health and wellbeing of our guests and associates is our unwavering priority. Due to concerns with Covid-19, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the CDC, World Health Organization, and local authorities while adhering to Marriott's Commitment to Clean standard. For these reasons, we have made several changes to our normal business practices and have also enhanced our training, cleaning, and disinfection practices.

The Housekeeping team has taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room to include utilizing hospital grade disinfectants in a thorough cleaning process. We are committed to providing a daily housekeeping service while you are away from your room with a focus on high touch surfaces. If you would rather limit any entry to your room, please reach out to the Front Desk Team for any specific request or to reschedule these services.

We are committed to making our amenities and services available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Pool | Open, 8 guests at a time
  • Fitness Center | Open, 6 guests at a time
  • The Preserve (Restaurant, Lounge, & Bar) | Open 5pm to 10pm, limited menu
  • The Preserve to Go (In-room Dining) | Open 6:30am - 11am and 5pm - 10pm, limited menu
  • JW Market (coffee shop) | Open 6:30am - 11am, limited menu

The hotel utilizes EPA approved cleaning products and protocols to eliminate the spread of COVID-19. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all areas with an emphasis on high-traffic and high-touch spaces. Tables, chairs and service equipment are sanitized after each use and we utilize single-serve condiments and single-use paper menus. Face coverings are required for all hotel associates and guests are required to have personal face coverings upon arrival and being seated.

The JW Market is located on the lobby level and proudly serves Starbucks coffee, pastries, and "to go" breakfast items daily from 6:30am - 11am.

The Preserve provides an upscale restaurant and bar experience from 5:00pm to 10:00pm each evening with a menu featuring American classics and southern favorites.

The Preserve To Go provides a quick and convenient way to enjoy the hotel's culinary offerings from the comfort of your guestroom. To order, please dial "0" from your guest room phone or place your order in-person at the JW Market or The Preserve. Your order will be delivered to your room in environmentally friendly takeout packaging. Hours of operation are 6:30am - 11am and 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
