Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key as well as service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Effective July 27, 2020, Face coverings are to be worn by all guests in all Marriott hotels in indoor public space. This includes Hotel restaurants, bar, and public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Individual cup sized coffee makers are provided in each guest room along with Coffee pods and condiments.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Housekeeping can provide a daily refresh of towels, toiletries, and make the bed. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 7th night.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in every guest room upon arrival, as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily, 6 am - 10 pm with room key. Face coverings are required at all times.
  • Pool: Open daily, 10 am - 8 pm
  • Spa: Temporarily closed.
  • Fresh Bites In Room Dining: Available Sunday through Thursday, 7 am - 9 pm and Friday & Saturday, 7 am - 10 pm. In Room Dining orders can be placed over the phone and picked up in M:Store.

At Marriott, food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. The company's food and beverage operations are required to conduct self-inspection using its food safety standards as guidelines, and compliance is validated by independent audits. Marriott is also enhancing sanitation guidelines and training videos for associates that include hygiene and disinfecting practices. All food and beverage associates wear face masks and gloves. Please see below for hours of operation:

 

  • M-Store: Open daily, 7 am - 10 pm. Open until 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. M:Store Marketplace offers take-away gourmet sandwiches and salads as well as snacks and beverages (including alcohol).
  • Starbucks: Open, 6 am - Noon, Monday-Friday and 6 am to 2 pm Saturday & Sunday.
  • High Velocity: Open daily. Dinner service Sunday through Thursday, 5 pm - 9 pm, with bar service until 10 pm. Dinner service Friday & Saturday, 5 pm - 10:30 pm, with bar service until midnight.
  • Fresh Bites: Sunday through Thursday, 7 am - 9 pm and Friday & Saturday, 7 am - 10 pm. Room Service orders can be placed over the phone and picked up in M:Store.
  • Pulse: Our lively lobby bar is open on Fridays & Saturdays from 5 pm - 10 pm.
  • Sear & Sear Bar: Temporarily closed.
  • Concierge Lounge: Closed. Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members will receive 750 bonus points per night in lieu of Concierge Lounge access.
