The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key as well as service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Effective July 27, 2020, Face coverings are to be worn by all guests in all Marriott hotels in indoor public space. This includes Hotel restaurants, bar, and public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Individual cup sized coffee makers are provided in each guest room along with Coffee pods and condiments.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Housekeeping can provide a daily refresh of towels, toiletries, and make the bed. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 7th night.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in every guest room upon arrival, as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily, 6 am - 10 pm with room key. 
  • Pool: Open daily, 6 am - 8 pm
  • Spa: Temporarily closed.

At Marriott, food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. The company's food and beverage operations are required to conduct self-inspection using its food safety standards as guidelines, and compliance is validated by independent audits. Marriott is also enhancing sanitation guidelines and training videos for associates that include hygiene and disinfecting practices. All food and beverage associates wear face masks and gloves.   • Open daily, 6:30 am - 2 pm (starting July 12)


Starbucks:

  • Monday - Friday: 6 am - 1 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 6 am - 2 pm


High Velocity:

  • Open daily, 4 pm - Midnight


Pulse Bar:

  • Open daily, 4 pm - Midnight (business levels permitting)


M-Store:

  • Sunday - Thursday: 7 am - 10 pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 7 am - 11 pm


Fresh Bites Room Service

  • Open Daily, 7 am - Midnight (breakfast available until 11 am)
  • (Dial 0 on your in-room phone & pick up in M-Store or request in-room delivery; $5 delivery fee applies to in-room deliveries)


Concierge Lounge:

  • Now open with limited services. Bottled water, canned sodas and whole fruit are available.
  • For our Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members, your complimentary breakfast is available in Sear Restaurant (open for breakfast daily, 6:30 am - 11 am)
