Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • Our pool is open daily by reservation between the hours of 10:00AM and 7:30 PM. Reservations can be made at the Front desk during check in.
  • Mobile check-in and key, and service requests available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and The Great Room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Our keys are being sanitized through a UV-C Sanitizer.
  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the property.
  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • In-room personal coffee makers are available, wrapped disposable cups and individual use coffee, cream, and sugars are available for the guest's convenience. Coffee makers are thoroughly cleaned after each departure.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available at each room for your convenience.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: The Fitness center will re-open on September 1, 2020 with limited capacity. Fitness Center usage will require reservations and face covering at all times. For reservations, Please contact the Front Desk.
  • Shuttle: The shuttle is currently unavailable
  • Pool: The Indoor/Outdoor Pool is available 7 days per week between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM. The pool is available by reservation. For reservations, please contact the Front desk. Temperature checks during high demand days.
  • Outdoor Terrace: Open daily between the hours of 7:00AM- 11:00 PM. Face covering required when not eating or drinking.
  • The Market: open 24 hours a day for your convenience; enjoy a selection of salads, sandwiches, wraps and snacks.
In Room Dining is temporarily unavailable, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines
