Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guests. Housekeeping disinfects the whole room upon entering the room, and when leaving the room ready for check-in. They place stickers on door of the guest room as a sign that the room has been fully sanitized, we also have a dedicated Cleanliness & Hygiene Champion that is assigned to safeguard the well-being and safety of our associates and our guests by making sure that everyone follows the new cleanliness standards.

No full service of housekeeping during your stay, only tidy service. If guests wants full service this is upon request of the guest at the front desk, one day prior. We will continue to provide full service of housekeeping every day while you are away from the room, Wipes in room, stickers at door, disinfects the whole room when entering and leaving the room, removal of pens and paper items. TV remote in enclosed in high-end plastic covers which is disinfected.
  • Business Center is open daily 24-hour with a maximum of 1 person.
  • Our Kids Cave is temporarily closed.
  • Fitness Center is daily open from 7am-7pm key needs to be requested at the front desk with a limited capacity. Swimming pool is open daily from 9am-9pm lounging and swimming, with limited pool chairs and social distance we encourage our guests to practice social distancing.
  • Our Meeting and Event space is open
  • Allegra restaurant is daily open from 7 am to 9 pm outside seating, all tables are social distance.
  • Delia's Swim-up Bar is open daily from 1 pm to 9 pm. Happy hours are also available.

Qr-code available for menus, social distancing, sanitizing stations, all associates in the F&B department must wear their PPE, tables are sanitized before seating new guest and after each guest departs.

In order to enter Aruba, it is mandatory to provide certified negative PCR test. Residents of all 50 states will now have the option to take a PCR test upon arrival at the airport in Aruba as well as the option to provide a certified negative test result prior to travel to Aruba. Effective January 26th, 2021, as announced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The U.S. government will require all international airline passengers to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test before boarding flights to the United States. All necessary facilities and procedures are in place for any visitor needing to take a PCR test while in Aruba as a requirement for re-entry to their country/state/city of origin.

In our ongoing efforts to provide the safest, seamless and coordinated travel experience possible, Courtyard by Marriott Aruba Resort is pleased to inform you that our neighbor is a clinic with the necessary facilities and procedures in place for any future resort guest needing to take a COVID-19 antigen test prior to departing Aruba as a requirement for re-entry to their country/state of origin. Starting January 26, 2021, Courtyard by Marriott Aruba Resort guests can get the COVID-19 antigen tests for $50 per person and PCR test for $125 per test at this clinic. The testing facility is in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevent and the Government of the United States of America requirement that all returning travelers present a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of departure. All test results will be available within 24 hours.

In the event a guest tests positive they will need to delay their travel until they have recovered from COVID-19 and are able to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test now required prior to boarding all flights to the United States. In accordance with Aruba's COVID-19 protocol, the local health department will be contacted and will escort the guest to designated accommodations where they can recover safely and comfortably. The island's mandatory COVID-19 insurance will cover the cost of these new accommodations.
