Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We have placed respective signage throughout the hotel related to all local authorities' regulations and guidelines for safety and compliance. Floor and elevator stickers are clearly reminding all guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Sanitization stations with gloves and face masks are present and provided in all public areas, restaurants and bar, beach club and exercise rooms. Hand sanitizer stations are freely available in high-traffic areas in the hotel.
  • All restaurants and bars have revised seating capacities in addition to maximum dining time of 3 hours and as per local regulations. Menus are available via QR codes. Maximum table capacity is 4 people at a time.
  • Clear partitions have been installed on reception desks, Concierge and welcome desks.
  • Valet parking is currently not offered, however, parking space is available at the hotel at no fee.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a seamless and contactless check-in prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be required to present your ID at the reception desks and collect your room keys for your stay. Should you require any assistance from the St. Regis Butler Service team, you are welcome to contact them via the Butler Service Mobile Chat.
  • Upon check-out, your invoice will be forwarded directly to your email address.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • The Remede Spa is adhering to the required social distancing regulations implemented by the local authority. Only guests with spa treatment reservations can access the wet facilities and the relaxation lounge.
  • Fitness Center is following local authority guidelines of operation and require guests to wear facemasks and gloves at all times.
  • Business events are allowed following the local government regulations, requirements and guidelines, whilst parties, weddings and social gatherings are not yet permitted.
  • In adherence to local government regulations, the beach loungers are separated into three zones; a zone for singles, couples and groups of four. Guests to the Nation Riviera Beach Club are also required to bring their hotel provided beach towel to the beach club and place it on the sunbeds and lounges which the staff has allocated to them.
  • Swimming pool access follows all local authority regulations and sunbeds are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • Thermo-cameras for temperature check has been placed in hotel guest and associates entrance.
  • All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our premises and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces. Some of these areas but not limited to are the counter at the front desk, elevators, public bathrooms and guest room keys.

Housekeeping services: Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place, related to room sanitization and disinfection after each guests' departure and before the next guests' arrival

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All hosts wear PPE including face masks and gloves as well as additional PPE based on the activities they are performing and in adherence with local authorities. Guests are advised to wear face masks and gloves in public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols

Room Sealing: All clean, sanitized and disinfected rooms are sealed immediately after service and before next arrival

Guest Services: Introduced measures such as contactless delivery to guests' rooms to minimize contact and reinforce social distancing.

Room Amenities:

  • Magazines and Books have been removed from rooms
  • In-room dining is available through contactless delivery.
  • Sanitizer, face masks and gloves are available in each room

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the experiences and services at our property available to you while complying with Marriott's "Commitment to Clean" and with local government regulations. The following measures have been put in place with our operational teams.

Restaurants: Reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limitations to assist with capacity regulations.

Fitness Center: Currently open with reduced capacity and no advance booking required. The time limit for work out may apply during peak times for better service and safety reasons. Cleaning and sanitization takes place regularly. Face masks provided and required

Swimming Pools: Reduced capacity. Reinforced social distancing within the swimming pool. Implemented guidelines on chemicals and equipment to sanitize all Nation Riviera Beach Club facilities.

Spa: Open Daily from 11am until 11pm. Remede Spa has reopened and is operating as per social distancing requirements and government regulations and guidelines.

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars and we encourage you to check the website for the latest opening times as well as confirming your restaurant reservation prior to arrival. For your safety and convenience, digital menus are available in all areas and contactless payments or credit/debit card payment.

The following restaurants are currently operational:


  • The Terrace on the Corniche: Open for daily breakfast and dinner on Thursday and Friday nights. Offers a wide variety of international cuisine in a sprightly ambience.
  • Villa Toscana: Sunday to Friday, Open for Lunch and Dinner. Decor inspired by a noble Tuscan villa and offering authentic Tuscan cuisine.
  • Crystal Lounge: Open daily from morning until late. Offering Afternoon Tea and a selection of specialty coffees, cold and hot beverages, chocolates and snacks.
  • Cabana Beach Bar & Grill: Open daily for lunch and dinner. Presenting a vast variety of delectable beachside inspired burgers and hearty meal choices.
  • The St. Regis Bar: Open daily dinner. A sophisticated ambience to sip on classic and creative beverage mixes.
  • Catch at St. Regis: 12noon - 12AM, daily. Introducing an ambiance of elegance and sophistication, Catch at St. Regis invites all discerning seafood taste makers and connoisseurs to embark on contemporary and occidental cuisine full of flavors and innovative presentations.
  • Azura Panoramic Lounge: 2PM - 1AM, Tuesday - Sunday. Lounging over three unique levels and a spacious 1,600 square meters, the alfresco Azura Panoramic Lounge presents entrancing views of the Abu Dhabi Corniche and the Arabian Gulf.


All restaurants offer an a la carte menu and staff will serve your order directly to your table.
