Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. 

Room Amenities: MixBar items are not currently available, but guests can request contactless delivery of items from the menu to the room (to view the menu, please use the QR code from the Welcome Message on your TV). Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Green ALHOSN status or proof of vaccination along with PCR test results of specific validity are required to enter Abu Dhabi Emirate and to visit public spaces, including hotel restaurants, pools and spa.

 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

We are operating all our venues at reduced capacities in line with social distancing norms and government guidelines. We also offer digital menus via QR codes, or alternate menus on disposable paper or chalkboard displays. All the hotel venues are open as per operating schedule of each outlet. Upon entry to all restaurants and bars, guests are required to show Green Status on the Al Hosn app or present a negative PCR test result taken locally within 48 hours.
