Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel.   • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing of 2m.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the hotel.
  • Partitions at front desks and at the concierge service are installed.
  • The occupancy limits in our restaurants, gym, beach and pools have been reduced in compliance with the guidelines of the Abu Dhabi authorities.
  • Contactless payment is recommended and feasible throughout the hotel facilities and services.
  • Contactless in room food and beverage orders and deliveries are possible on request.
  • The valet parking service has been paused until further notice.
  • Mobile check-in via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app is doable, upon arrival an ID and method of payment must be presented to the front desk hosts, in order to receive your key card.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request.
  • Our Butlers can be contacted through WhatsApp messages and the Butler Service Desk phone number.

As part of Marriott's "Commitment to Clean" protocol, we at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort are delighted to inform you about several enhancements to our cleaning practices.

 

  • Public Spaces: The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been enhanced, including consistently cleaning of high traffic areas including restrooms and elevators. Furthermore, hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the resort, as well as a temperature check at every hotel entrance.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All hosts are wearing face masks and gloves based on their job activities and areas and on the guidelines of the Abu Dhabi authorities. Guests are required to wear face masks in all public areas of the hotel. Gloves might be required in the areas such as the gym.
  • Minibar items are removed and are available only upon request.
  • Collaterals such as magazines and books have been removed from the rooms and public areas.
  • Remote controls, coffee machines & kettles are sanitized for your safety. Contactless coffee & tea delivery is available through our Butler Service.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • The Athletic Club: Open daily with reduced capacity. Face masks and gloves are mandatory. Indoor swimming pool, showers, lockers, whirlpool, steam room and sauna will remain closed until further notice.
  • Swimming Pools and Beach: Open with reduced capacity. Face masks are mandatory. Showers and changing rooms are open.
  • Spa: Remains closed until further notice.

We are delighted to share with you that most of our restaurants and bars are open. For the latest opening timings, please visit our hotel website. For your convenience, digital menus are available in all restaurants. A physical menu can be used upon request. We recommend to reserve a table in advance due to limited capacity of the restaurants. In addition, we encourage you to use contactless payments methods. Food delivery will be available to our rooms and suites through our in room dining service. A contactless delivery to your room is possible upon request.

 

  • Olea: Open for a la carte breakfast, no buffet
  • Sontaya: Open for dinner
  • The Drawing Room: Open daily from early morning to late night for afternoon tea, coffee, cakes and light snacks
  • The Signature 3 by The Manhattan Lounge: Open for lunch and dinner
  • Avo Bar by The Athletic Club: Open for coffee, light meals and healthy drinks
  • Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi: Open every Thursday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. In addition, we are offering a day and night brunch every Friday
  • Pool & Beach food and beverage service available
  • Mazi Abu Dhabi: Remains closed until further notice
  • Private Dining: Available 24/7
