The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

We have provided signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing 6 feet apart from each other. In addition:

 

  • Face masks are mandatory for all employees
  • Limited the capacity in the elevators
  • Seating reductions in Acre 41 in compliance with local and state mandates
  • Partitions at the front desk
  • Mobile check-in through Marriott Bonvoy mobile app for a contactless experience

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced public space cleaning: we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Housekeeping service: every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping services unless requested.

 

We provide face masks free of charge to the guests. Disinfectant wipes are available to guests upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications include:

Fitness Center: Open daily at 50% capacity

Otopia Pool + Cabanas: Open Daily. All pool seating is spaced at a safe distance apart.
Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner is served daily at Acre 41.
Burger Bar is open daily.
Otopia Pool and Lounge is open daily for light bites and beverages.
Acre41: Open daily. Reservations encouraged. 

All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

As a reminder, guests of an event will be reminded to practice physical distancing by staying 6' apart from each other and signs will be placed throughout the meeting spaces. All hotel shared tools and equipment are sanitized prior to, during, and after usage. Meeting space foyer furniture has been placed to meet physical distancing guidelines, and meeting planners are encouraged to communicate with hotel staff utilizing text messaging.

Groups are encouraged to distribute name badges digitally in advance of the event. Registration tables can only be set in areas that facilitate proper physical distancing of 6' while guests are in line.

Wherever possible, meeting room doors will be labeled with entry and exit signs to facilitate one way traffic flow in meeting rooms. Meeting room doors should be left open to reduce hand to surface contact and all rooms will be cleaned and sanitized once meeting room is set for an event.
