The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

We have provided signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing - 6 feet apart from each other. In addition:

 

  • Guests not vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings
  • Partitions at the front desk
  • Mobile check-in and mobile key through Marriott Bonvoy mobile app for a contactless experience

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced public space cleaning:

 

  • Electrostatic spraying: We will be utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleaning protocols.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and escalators.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers (touchless) will be placed at key guest entrances and contact areas such as main drive, lobby, restaurant entrances, public restrooms, meeting and convention spaces, elevator landings, pool and fitness area.


Enhanced associate safety protocol:

 

  • Associates are temperature checked along with COVID screening as per CDC guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/screening/).
  • Associates will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and on direction by the local authorities.
  • Associates to attend revised "cleanliness" training prior to first shift, to review new protocols for proper sanitation.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

 

 

  • As per local law, guests are required to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to guests.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers (touchless) will be placed throughout the hotel.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available to guests upon request.


Housekeeping service:

 

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping services unless requested.
  • Associates to use only approved industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocols and hospital grade chemicals.
  • All linens washed at high temperature with proper chemicals in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Sanitizing wipes provided as an in-room amenity prior to arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications include:

 

  • Pool + Cabanas: Open daily. Masks required and monitored by hotel staff.

All food & beverage options are currently operating. Masks are required unless seated.

 

  • Loaf + Vine Urban Grocer is open daily offering locally sourced coffee, breakfast offerings and grab and go options appropriate to any time of day.
  • Corinne is open daily.
    • Breakfast: Starting at 7am
    • Lunch and Dinner: Starting at 11am, with a menu serving up Honest Food + Beverage highlighting our signature rotisserie
    • Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday starting at 9am.
  • Zanzibar Rooftop Bar is open daily with modern tiki cocktails and island inspired bites
  • The Lobbyist is open daily for classic cocktails and bites

 

All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.

  • Lounge Access: While our M Club Lounge is currently closed, Platinum and above Marriott Bonvoy will receive two $15 vouchers to use at any of our food & beverage outlets in the hotel.

As a reminder, guests of an event will be reminded to practice physical distancing by staying 6' apart from each other and signs will be placed throughout the meeting spaces. All hotel shared tools and equipment are sanitized prior to, during, and after usage. Meeting space foyer furniture has been placed to meet physical distancing guidelines, and meeting planners are encouraged to communicate with hotel staff utilizing text messaging.

Groups are encouraged to distribute name badges digitally in advance of the event. Registration tables can only be set in areas that facilitate proper physical distancing of 6' while guests are in line.

Wherever possible, meeting room doors will be labeled with entry and exit signs to facilitate one way traffic flow in meeting rooms. Meeting room doors should be left open to reduce hand to surface contact and all rooms will be cleaned and sanitized once meeting room is set for an event.
