The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
The Austin Marriott North provides signage throughout the hotel to remind our guests to maintain proper social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities are reduced in public areas while remaining compliant to local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at associate and guest interaction areas including the front desk, Starbucks, grab & go breakfast counter and the market gift shop.
Mobile check-in process is also available for guests through the Bonvoy app while encouraging contactless check-in.
In keeping with Marriott's commitment to clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in our guestrooms. These include enhanced public space cleaning with increased intervals and disinfecting, particularly in high traffic area such as restrooms, elevators, fitness room, pool and atrium lobby area. Hand sanitizer stations are provided in all areas throughout the hotel. In addition, staff members are required to wear proper personal protective equipment such as face coverings, gloves and etc while performing their job duties following the direction of local health authorities. Guests are also required to wear face masks inside the property. Lastly, we utilize an enhanced electrostatic sprayer with hospital grade disinfectant to support our already rigorous cleaning protocols in keeping our guests and associates safe.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed in making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with local regulations including guidance on reducing capacity in public space and reinforcing social distancing policy. The modifications we have made include the following:
  • Fitness center to remain open 24 hours per day (face masks are required at all times)
  • Starbucks to be open on select dates (based on business demand)
  • River city grille restaurant and bar to remain close until further notice
  • Grab & go breakfast to be available for guests daily from 6:30am to 10:30am
  • Market gift shop is available for guests 24 hours per day
  • Pool to remain open with reservations only to ensure social distancing is in placed
  • Concierge lounge to remain close until further notice

  • Lounge Access: Lounge to remain close until further notice. (Beer and wine can be purchased from the market gift shop).
  • Welcome Gift: Platinum, titanium and ambassador elite members receive 2 drinks and 2 snacks from the market gift shop upon check-in or 1,000 bonus points.
  • Late Check-Out: Gold, platinum, titanium and ambassador elite members can check out as late as 2pm without an additional charge when request is made the morning of checkout. This benefit is based on availability only.
