Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
We have provided signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing 6 feet apart from each other. We have limited occupancy in the elevators (limit to 4 guests per elevator) and seating capacity reductions in the restaurants. We have installed partitions at the front desk. We offer mobile check-in through the Marriott Bonvoy app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced public space cleaning: we have increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Staff members are required to wear face masks. Guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and when walking throughout the building.

ROOM AMENITIES
  • Disinfectant wipes are available to guests upon request.
  • Housekeeping service: We have eliminated housekeeping stayover service to limit entry into guest rooms and have enhanced deep-cleaning procedures following check-out, paying extra attention to high-touch items and using hospital grade disinfectant.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications include:
Westin Workout Studio & Business Center are not available at this time, but our front office is able to print items for guests as needed.

All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self and independent audits are conducted in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

Stella San Jac, Restaurant & Bar: Serving with limited menu options.
• Breakfast Monday - Thursday 7 AM-11 AM
• Brunch Friday - Sunday 7 AM-2 PM
• Dinner Sunday - Thursday 4-9 PM, and Friday & Saturday 4 PM-11 PM
• In lieu of in-room dining, to-go options are available from Stella San Jac

Azul Rooftop Pool & Bar:
• Sunday - Thursday 11 AM-7 PM, and Friday & Saturday 11 AM-11 PM
• Reservations are required for pool usage. You can book your pool reservations at the Front Desk upon check-in, or at any time while on property. We are unable to take pool reservations before you arrive on property.
• Pool reservations are limited to 2 hours per day, per guestroom, and are restricted to registered guests of the hotel.
• In an effort to accommodate all guests, pool reservation blocks are subject to cancellation 15 minutes after the start time if you have not checked in or notified the front desk of your delayed arrival
• No outside food or beverage will be permitted
