COMMITMENT TO PRISTINE SPACES

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the entire hotel. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, staircases, door handles, and we are providing hand sanitizing stations within the common areas of the hotel.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Let us know if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Cleaning: The rooms will be cleaned and disinfected daily with the homologated cleaning products that have been approved by health authorities. We will be paying extra attention to commonly used items such as door handles,remote controls, phones and of course textiles of any sort (curtains, sofa, bed...).
  • Disinfectant Wipes: Provided in rooms, face masks available on request.
Our housekeeping staff has received the necessary training to incorporate all these new cleaning measures and products and will be wearing individual protection equipment so as to ensure the maximum cleanliness for your room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • You will be able to access our menus by using QR code. Also, all tables will respect the necessary established distance.
  • Should you wish to use our fitness room, let us know and we will book it for you in order to ensure that you have it all to yourself and won't come into contact with other guests. The gym will be disinfected appropriately after each use.
  • Our swimming pool is open from 8am until 8pm.
  • Our massage cabin is also available, advance booking required.
Part of the experience of coming to the Cotton House Hotel is enjoying it's avantgarde Mediterrean cuisine, available at our Batuar restaurant and lush terrace.

ESPACIOS

La higiene y limpieza absoluta en nuestros espacios es muy importante para nosotros.

Incremento de la limpieza en zonas comunes: Hemos aumentado la frecuencia de limpieza y desinfección, especialmente en áreas de mucho tráfico como por ejemplo en los baños, ascensores, escaleras y zonas de acceso. Además, proporcionamos desinfectante de manos en varios puntos del hotel.

Limpieza: Las habitaciones se limpiarán y desinfectarán con los productos homologados aprobados por las autoridades sanitarias. Prestaremos especial atención a aquellos artículos de uso común como pueden ser los pomos de las puertas, los teléfonos, los mandos de televisión y por supuesto los textiles de todo tipo (sofás, cortinas, camas…).


Nuestro equipo de limpieza ha recibido la formación necesaria para incorporar estas nuevas medidas de limpieza y manipular estos nuevos productos. Además, llevará equipos de protección individual para garantizar la máxima seguridad e higiene en sus habitaciones.

Todas las habitaciones se limpian a fondo y se desinfectan antes de su llegada. Ofreceremos servicios de limpieza de habitación después de su tercera noche con nosotros y mientras esté fuera de la habitación. Si desea recibir limpieza adicional diaria, comuníquese con nuestro equipo y se la proporcionaremos con gusto.

Equipo de Protección Individual: El equipo del hotel deberá llevar los EPIS adecuados según las funciones que estén realizando.

Control de temperatura: Comprobaremos la temperatura del personal del hotel al principio y al final de cada turno.

Pruebas: Realizaremos pruebas de COVID-19 a todos los trabajadores del hotel, y únicamente se les permitirá regresar si el resultado de la prueba es negativa.

Distancia social: El equipo del hotel mantendrá una respuestosa distancia de seguridad con los clientes en todo momento, ¡aunque seguiremos cuidando de hasta el más mínimo detalle!
