Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our bar and restaurant in compliance with local mandates.

 

Partitions are installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

 

Wearing a mask in the public areas of the hotel is obligatory by local regulation.


We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app. 


No valet service is available for parking.

 

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guests are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Room collateral has been removed from your room and the In Room Dining menu is available via the QR code positioned on your desk.
  • Your room will be serviced after every 3rd night. Fresh towels, amenities and other requirements that you may have will be made available upon request.
  • It is possible to have your room serviced daily upon request at check-in.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Please reserve your slot with reception. Maximum capacity of 2 guests.
Rumbo Bar & Eatery: Open every day for breakfast and lunch. Opening times from 7AM to 3PM.
Goja Rooftop Experience: Open every day for Drinks and dinner. Opening times from 3PM to 10PM from Sunday through to Wednesday and from 3PM to midnight on Thursday through to Saturday.

Cabin massage: Temporarily closed.

Rumbo Bar & Eatery: Open every day for breakfast and lunch. Opening times from 7AM to 3PM.

Goja Rooftop Experience: Open every day for drinks and dinner. Opening times from 3PM to 10PM from Sunday through to Wednesday and from 3PM to midnight on Thursday through to Saturday (weather dependent.)

In Room Dining is available seven days per week from 7AM to 10PM. The order is made available for pick-up from our restaurants.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
