Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

There are currently no restrictions on social distancing and capacity in public spaces. All precautions are subject to change as government guidelines are updated.

Marriott Bonvoy members have the opportunity to use the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In to reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities. ID to be presented at Front Desk on arrival.
  • Mobile Check-Out to skip the desk. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by email.
  • Contactless experience by requesting Mobile Key. Your phone is your key.
  • Mobile Chat and Mobile guest requests to communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from 48h hours before the day of arrival, up to 24 hours after your departure.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: 

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Hotel Associates

We have increased associate health, safety and knowledge efforts, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 related trainings. 

Electrostatic Spraying 

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Room collateral has been removed from your room and the In Room Dining menu is available via the QR code positioned on your desk.
  • In-room coffee makers & kettles are sanitized for your safety.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Week-Day & Week-End: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Rumbo Bar & Eatery: Lunch, dinner and drinks. Hours of operation:

  • Week-Day & Week-End: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

    In Room Dining: Hours of operation:
  • Week-Day & Week-End: 24 hours

 Cabin Massage: Open. Please reserve your treatment with reception.

Modified operational practices, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place to sanitize tables and chairs after depart and before next guest arrives.
  • Air conditioning follows all the protocols to reduce the risk of infection.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
