Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. There are currently no restrictions on social distancing and capacity in public spaces. All precautions are subject to change as government guidelines are updated.
Marriott Bonvoy members have the opportunity to use the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In to reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities. ID to be presented at Front Desk on arrival.
  • Mobile Check-Out to skip the desk. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by email.
  • Contactless experience by requesting Mobile Key. Your phone is your key.
  • Mobile Chat and Mobile guest requests to communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from 48h hours before the day of arrival, up to 24 hours after your departure.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and staircase. We also provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.

Hotel Associates: We have increased associate health, safety and knowledge efforts, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 related trainings. 

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Minibars - Sanitized and sealed 
  • In-room coffee makers & kettles are sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping Service:
To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact us during your stay by contacting Service (0), send us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App, Mobile Chat (before/during a stay), or meet us at check-in.

Fitness Centre: 24 hours open

Solarium Terrace: Open from 10:00 am until 09:00 pm.

Explore Spa Studio: On request.


Chairs and tables are cleaned and disinfected more frequently.

Air conditioning follows all the protocols to reduce the risk of infection.

  • Longitude Bar: Temporarily closed.
  • CentOnze Restaurant: Open from 07:00 am until 11:00 pm.
  • Signature Cocktail Bar: Open from 5 pm until 12:00 am.
  • Room Service: 24 hours available.
