Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

  • Facemasks are required while in all indoor public areas and in outdoor public areas when not able to maintain 6ft apart from another person who is not of the same household

  • Spa to accept guests in separate time slots to ensure areas are sanitized before and after each guest
  • St. Regis Kids Club is closed until further notice
  • Only guests from same household may share a guest room; visitors are not permitted
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators to every hour as well as providing hand sanitizing stations
  • Our Hosts wear face coverings, gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local Government
  • We are utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Temperature screening for Hosts and vendors at entry points
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • Housekeepers wear two different gloves for each room they clean
  • All counters and high-touch points are being disinfected prior to cleaning to room

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. To minimize the entry into the guestrooms, guests are asked during pre-arrival/check-in for their preferred time and frequency of housekeeping services:


  • Full room cleaning service daily
  • Only refresh amenities and towels daily
  • Daily turn down service
  • No housekeeping cleaning service during your stay


We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

  • Fitness Center - Open Daily, Masks Required, Social Distancing Required
  • Iridium Spa - Offering selected treatments to restore the body and mind. Reservations highly recommended.
  • Beach & Pools - Open for full use including lounging and swimming. Cabana Rental 9:00 AM - 5.30 PM. There are limited chairs available as we encourage our guests to respect social distancing guidelines.
  • St. Regis Kids Club - Currently closed until further notice
  • Five Fort Golf Course - Open Daily, Social Distancing Required

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, table sizes may be restricted to limit the maximum number of people in the restaurant. This is subject to change and guests will be informed should these changes affect any reservations. QR Codes Menus available for guests to choose from. Culinarian Hosts are required to wear facemask and gloves during the F&B operational hours following the Marriott International guidelines.

Our hosts at The St. Regis Bermuda Resort look forward to welcome you to Bermuda.

It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with Bermuda's new entry requirements prior to your travel date.

Visitors must apply for a Bermuda COVID-19 Travel Authorization 1 to 3 days before departure and cannot travel to Bermuda without an approved Travel Authorization. Submission of a Travel Authorization within 24 hours of your travel date will not be approved. To obtain approval for a Travel Authorization, visitors must provide proof of valid negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival.

Immunized travelers with a negative pre-arrival test result must quarantine at the resort accommodation until receiving a negative arrival test result. You are required to wear a wristband until you receive your negative test result.


Non-immunized travelers to Bermuda must quarantine for fourteen days in a government facility at their own cost. They may only be released from quarantine after receiving a negative result from the Day 14 COVID-19 test.



Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination.

Visitors do NOT need to schedule an outbound test. This will be booked automatically based on the departure date you entered on your Travel Authorization.

U.S. travelers: Starting December 6, all air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States. 

Additionally Non US citizens must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by air. 

The St. Regis Bermuda Resort offers guests the convenience of on-site testing and will assist to help booking an appointment at a fee.

The costs of a PCR test $75 USD and Antigen test $55 USD. Antigen tests results are returned in 24 hours directly to the guests.

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.

In the event a guest tests positive they will need to delay their travel until they have recovered from COVID-19 and are able to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test now required prior to boarding all flights to the United States.
