Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local authority, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations are available in hotel public areas including lobby, restaurants and meeting spaces.
  • Self-parking recommended. Valet service is available on request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include: 

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. 
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests also must wear personal face coverings. All guests, vendors and staff members entering the hotel are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning daily while you are away from the room.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, in room dining into digital that can be accessed with QR code scanning. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. We have adjusted some in room and bath amenities to be available upon request.
  • Temperature Screening: All guests, associates and vendors will get temperature screen at entry points.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Swimming Pool: Open, face masks required at all times, reservation in advance is required.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice.
  • Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry.

We have adjusted the capacity of our Restaurants, Bar and meeting spaces into maximum 50% occupancy and physical distancing protocol, to comply with local authority. All guests and staff members must wear personal protective equipment in the areas. F&B menu available in digital version with QR code scanning. Social distancing must be implemented in all areas.

 

  • Feast Restaurant: Open from 6 AM - 10 PM, serve all day dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
  • Samsara Lounge: Open from 10 AM - 10 PM.
  • Toastina Pastry & Coffee House: Closed until further notice, pastry cake to be served at Samsara Lounge.
  • In Room Dining: Open from 6 AM - 10 AM, contactless deliver available upon request.

We have adjusted and implemented all protocols comply with local authority, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • All guests and staff members must wear personal protective equipment in the areas.
  • Seating layout to be adjusted comply with physical distancing protocol.
  • Hand sanitizer stations available inside meeting room and its foyer.
  • Coffee break will be served individually.
  • Lunch or dinner option available with box, plated meal or buffet with modified arrangement and server.
  • Meeting spaces to be cleaned and sanitized before and after use. More frequent cleaning in high traffic areas and during breaks.

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.
 

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity


Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

 

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
