Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

 

Travel with confidence during COVID 19


We politely inform you, due to German law, we will kindly request a negative COVID19 test if you are travelling from a high-risk area (according to the current travel restrictions).

A reference to the current distance and hygiene rules is visible in all public areas,.

Our bar and our restaurant, as well as the courtyard and the meeting rooms are set up in such a way that a minimum distance of 1,50m is guaranteed between each occupied table.

All employees wear personal protective equipment (e.g. face masks, gloves, etc.) depending on the activities they perform and as directed by the local authorities.

Plexiglass panels have been installed on both the Front Desk and the kitchen pass.

The room facilities and services have been adapted to the current hygiene standards.

The fitness area is open exclusively for hotel guests, subject to the minimum distance.

The sauna is currently closed and spa treatments are not offered.

Valet parking is currently not offered.

We advise our guests to use the mobile check-in and check-out option and to make service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.
Various cleaning routines have been added to be in line with Marriott International's Commitment to Clean. This includes the intensive cleaning of public spaces.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas such as toilets, elevators and the restaurant area. Face masks, gloves and disinfectant gel are available to our guests in all public areas. We ask our guests to use this and wear face masks in all public areas. All employees wear personal protective equipment (e.g. face masks, gloves, etc.) depending on the activities they perform and as directed by the local authorities.

The room facilities and services have been adapted to the current hygiene standards. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for each arriving guest and upon request. A daily cleaning service of the guest rooms is not provided, but will be done at the guest's request. Guest rooms will no longer be entered in the evening, so no turn-down service is currently offered. Of course, we still offer to bring fresh towels to the room upon request.
Objects in the rooms that cannot be disinfected will be removed until further notice. The minibar can be used as a fridge, snacks and drinks can be purchased at the Front Office.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
