Due to the Corona Protection Ordinance valid in Berlin, your stay is permitted with proof of the following documents (digital or written form) together with a photo identification document (identity card, passport).


 
•    Vaccinated - proof of a complete vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel, by presentation of the vaccination certificate with a vaccine licensed in the European Union (currently BioNTech, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson).

 

•    Recovered - proof of a positive test result (PCR, PoC-PCR) at least 28 days and not more than six months ago prior to your arrival date at the hotel. 

 

•    Tested - Proof of a negative antigen rapid test which is not older than 24 hours or the proof of a negative PCR test which is not older than 48 hours at the time of your check in at the hotel. This test must be proven by a digital or written document from a testing centre. Follow up tests must be presented independently at reception every 72 hours. 

 

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings (FFP2 or KN95) whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
 

  • Disinfectants are available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.
  • Guests are required to wear medical face masks (FFP2 or KN95) in all public areas.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you'd like to not receive daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Pool, Sauna and Fitness are closed
  • Use the Marriott Bonvoy App and benefit from the contactless offers: Pro Active Chat, Mobile Check-In and Check-Out, Mobile Key, Mobile Dining and Mobile Request.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have added several cleaning routines throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are requested to wear personal face coverings (FFP2 or KN95 masks).

The room amenities have been adapted to the current hygiene standards. Guest rooms are not entered in the evening. Therefore, no turn-down or "Make a Green Choice" service is currently offered. Of course we will bring fresh towels to the room upon request.

The minibar will be stocked with a free mineral water upon arrival.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you'd like to not receive daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Pool, sauna and gym: Closed

Executive Lounge: Open for authorized hotel guests, subject to minimum distance. Guests have to wear a face mask (FFP2 or KN95). Beverages and snacks are provided throughout the day.
