Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

As of Friday, April 1, 2022, we welcome all guests regardless of vaccination, recovered or tested status.

 

Masks protect - That's why we wear them and recommend that you do the same.

 

  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the entire public area of the hotel.
  • Partitions have been installed at the front desks.
  • Signage throughout indicate hygiene and protection measures.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival and fill out a registration form. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Fitness center and sauna remain closed until further notice.

As of Friday, April 1, 2022, only a minimum of Corona regulations will apply in Berlin. Details can be found in the  governmental hygiene regulations.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations throughout the entire public area of the hotel.
  • Housekeeping services: Guest rooms will be serviced daily as standard unless otherwise is requested upon arrival. All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. We recommend our guests to wear a mask in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: Some of the regular amenities have been temporarily removed from the guest rooms, however can be requested at the front desk.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room. If you'd like to not receive daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
