Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Seating capacities are reduced in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at front desk.
  • Mobile check-in and housekeeping requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott´s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including elevators and restrooms, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear face coverings and gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are legally obliged to wear mouth and nose covers in corridors, lifts and public spaces.
  • Enhanced training and protocols: Our team members are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness area: Open 24 hours a day. Separate area for cardio and weight training
  • Sauna area: Open daily from 2pm - 10pm
  • Wellness massages and treatments: Daily from 2pm - 10pm
  • Spa Reception: Open daily from 2pm - 10pm
  • Parking: Parking spaces are available and cost EUR 32 per day. Tickets are available at the reception desk
  • Minibar: We offer a Market Place at the reception with a selection of beverages and snacks.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are available.
  • Limousine Service: Available, reservation required.
  • Room Service: Not available until further notice.
  • Daily Housekeeping: Only on request via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app or at front desk.

A mouth-nose cover is prescribed by law in our outlets, as in the entire hotel, and may only be taken off at the table.

Breakfast: Breakfast buffet in compliance with hygiene regulations and distance rules for EUR 32 per person in the Restaurant Coelln. Monday - Thursday: 6.30 am - 10.30 am. Friday - Sunday: 7.00 am - 11.00 am
Lunch & afternoon menu: Daily from 11.30 am - 6.00 pm
Dinner: Daily from 6.00 pm - 10.00 pm.
Bar & terrace: Daily from 09.00 am - 11.00 pm.
Room Service: Not available until further notice.
Mobile Dining is not available.

Cleaning/health measures: Occupancy limits in our restaurant, staff members will wear face coverings, distance marking in our Breakfast Restaurant Coelln.
