Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. • All Personal Protective Equipment are CE certified; general area disinfectants, and cleaning products are Ministry of Health-certified
• Hotel has an on-site doctor and nurse
• All hotel employees have received COVID-19 training
• Guests will be given protective masks if necessary
• Hygiene application charts and required notice boards have been installed throughout the property
• Social distancing indicators are present in all areas with heavy human traffic
• The hotel is equipped with a predetermined isolation area in the case of emergency
• All procedures and applications are recorded for inspection
• Body temperature check of all guests and employees is done on arrival and at Breakfast Restaurant
• Use of masks is mandatory in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Guests are given the option of having Mobile Key
• Guests are given the option of having Digital Guest Directory, Room Service & Restaurant Menus
• Digital selection of reserved sunbeds for the entire duration of the stay
• In Room Yoga channel is provided for all guests
• On-Call fitness equipment is available for all guests
  • All arriving and departing rooms are disinfected using ULV machines and hospital-grade products
  • All rooms are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly using EPA-approved chemicals
  • All rooms are cleaned by employees wearing protective masks and single-use gloves
  • All high-touch points in the rooms (such as remote controls, A/C controls, televisions, door handles etc.) are disinfected using single use alcohol wipes
  • All rooms are serviced daily, unless requested otherwise
  • All air conditioning units and their filters are cleaned and disinfected regularly



  • All public areas such as lobby, restrooms, stairs, and other high-touch point areas are cleaned & disinfected every 2 hours
  • Hand disinfectants are located throughout the public areas for guest and employee usage
  • All employees working in public areas maintain social distance, wear mask and where necessary gloves
  • Elevator usage is restricted to maximum two persons at a time

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
