Now it's time to kick it up a notch. As part of Marriott International's family of brands, we have implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the health and safety requirements of our "Commitment to Clean" standards.

We have further raised our already diligent cleaning standards and protocols, while making some tweaks to our services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

So here is what you can expect from your stay at Aloft, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel reminding guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacity in our restaurants, pool, gym area and lobby.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in public area, keys and pens are disinfected after every use.
  • Self-Parking is recommended, valet service available on request.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. Guest will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out; your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Porter service is available. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Our talents are wearing face masks ans guests are required to wear face masks in hotel public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations. Hotel is using highly effective cleaning products from Ecolab and Microfiber cloth for higher cleaning standard.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • We are allowing 24 hours "room breathing" between guests.
  • Highest level of disinfecting protocols to be followed in guest rooms with particular attention paid to high touch points like remote control, switches, safety box and phone.
  • We are removing non essential high touch items from the rooms i.e. cushions


Room Amenities:

 

  • Minibars are sanitized for your safety
  • Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
  • Coffee machines & Kettles are sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes and face masks are provided in the rooms


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Re;mix: Open 24/7 with signage reminding guests to maintain social distancing and revised seating capacity.
  • Re:Charge Gym: Open 24/7 with occupancy limited to 5 persons at a time with 1 hour per person.
  • Splash Pool: Open from 6AM-11PM. Pool occupancy is limited to 5 persons at a time with 1 hour per person.
  • Free Tuk-Tuk Shuttle to Nana train station, Sukhumvit MRT station and Terminal 21 mall available from 6AM-11PM, disinfected after every ride.
  • Crave Wine Bar & Restaurant: Seafood Buffet Dinner opens every Friday & Saturday with reduced seating capacity in order to maintain social distancing, and offer personal service instead of regular self service buffet.
  • Re;fuel: Open 24/7 with signage reminding guests to maintain social distancing and revised seating capacity
  • W XYZ Bar is currently closed and will open only for private functions
  • Room Service is available from 8AM - 11PM
