Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing of 2 meters, and hand sanitizers dispensers available throughout the hotel. The use of facemask is mandatory for all guests and hosts and facemasks are available on request. Associates serving food and beverage are also required to wear gloves for added reassurance.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have implemented several health and safety measures throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization, particularly in high touch-point areas including restrooms, elevators, lobby, Quan spa, R Fit fitness center, restaurants and bars. Hand sanitizing stations are in all areas.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face masks, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
• Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 2 meters apart.
• Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room. Guestroom amenities include, Dettol multi-use wipe and air purifier is available upon request. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
• Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening hosts and vendors at entry points. For guests we will be temperature screening where required by law.
• Check-in: Guest can be completed in advance by downloading the Marriott Bonvoy App to reduce contact at reception on arrival. The App is also useful for online chat at your convenience.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time
