Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • We added the table between staff and guests at least 2 meters to keep social distancing.
  • Increased spacing between tables to at least 1.5-meters inclusive of Banqueting and Restaurants.
  • Greater access to hygienic products in public spaces
  • Menu can be viewed through QR code. Payment at table functionality.
  • Our guests can check in & chat with our team from anywhere, at any time via Marriott Bonvoy ™ App.
  • Option to contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand-sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping Services: Extra disinfection on High touch area - the most frequently touched guest room areas using highly effective cleaning products from Ecolab.
  • Face Mask: All associates to wear disposable surgical face mask at all times. All guests must wear a face mask when entering the hotel available for sales at front desk.

Room Amenities:


  • Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
  • Hygiene welcome amenity (individually wrapped face mask + Sanitizer gel bottle)
  • Weekly disinfection of fin coils in each guestroom. Air filter is replaced and sanitized prior to arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Cardio machines & treadmills are placed maintaining social distancing. All equipment and machines are sanitized on frequent interval.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars so check the website for the latest opening times. Digital menus are available in all outlets. We strongly recommend advance-booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. Tables are sanitized periodically. Placemat and cutleries are set up upon guest arrival.

Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants. Pick-up service is available directly from the restaurant as the preferred option.

All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local regulations with 1.5 meters between tables. Various theme of Individual coffee break set is available for participants.
