Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness area in accordance with THAI government guidance.

All customers are required to scan Thai Chana QR code (the governor platform) for check-in before entering and check-out while leaving the hotel, is certain to be familiar for those living in Thailand as a post-Covid-19 measure.

One-way entrance and exit with a temperature checkpoint, Sanitized Doormat, Hand-sanitizer dispensers placed in high traffic public areas.

Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request. Limited on-site parking, contact hotel in advance.

We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival.

Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • Minibars - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes and alcohol gel provided in rooms as welcome kit for every arrival guests, face masks available on request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Swimming Pool: Open daily 7am - 7pm
Fitness Center: Open 24 hours access with guest key card and face masks required at all times.
Hotel Food and Beverage venues comply with the current Local guidelines for Social Distancing. Such as limited seating capacities, the spacing between tables availability throughout the venue of Hand sanitizing. Contactless payments or credit/debit card payments is available and also options of QR code menus. Also, operation hours of hotel food and beverages venues are as following

The Eatery : 6am - 11:00pm.
The Irish Pub : 10am - midnight
amBar : 4pm - midnight.

Enhanced Food Safety protocols and Social Distancing in the venues

The Food Safety protocols have been enhanced as the following:

- All Culinary associates wear facemasks and gloves during operation hours and food preparation process
- All Culinary and Food and Beverage associates wash and sanitized their hands every 20 minutes throughout the day
- All Food contact area in the kitchens are sanitized with the highest grade of food safe chemicals every 2 hours
- All Culinary and Food and Beverage associates' body temperature is monitor upon entering the Hotel
- All Tables and tabletop equipment are sanitized between guest seating's
