Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations including a temperature checks at hotel entrances and venues, practicing physical distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel, and scanning Thai-Chana QR Code (contact tracing app) at hotel entrances, venues and function rooms. We provide face masks free of charge on request.

There is clear floor signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain physical distancing. Occupancy and capacity reductions are in place in our public areas including restaurants, fitness facilities and events space in compliance with local and state mandates. Alcohol based hand sanitizer dispensers are provided throughout the hotel. The use of a facemask is mandatory for all guests and employees in public. Associates serving food and beverage are also required to wear gloves and face screens for added reassurance.

Exclusively for Marriott Bonvoy members, the Marriott Bonvoy app can be used for mobile check-in and act as your room key, to minimize contact for your peace of mind.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization, particularly in high touch-point areas including restrooms, elevators, lobby, fitness centre, restaurants and bars. Hand sanitizing stations are in all areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. disposable surgical face masks, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Check-in can be completed in advance by downloading the Marriott Bonvoy App to reduce contact at reception on arrival. The App is also useful for online chat at your convenience.
  • The guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

In response to the recent COVID-19 local transmissions, the Government of Thailand has implemented some restrictions on businesses and services to curtail the transmission. At present, All hotel's amenities and activities are back as normal.

 

  • Leisure experiences have been enhanced including cultural experiences, fitness activities and culinary classes. A daily programme is available with pre-booking recommended due to limited number of guests permitted under the regulations.  
  • Athénée Spa opens daily from 11.00 A.M. - 09.00 P.M.
  • Athenee Fitness opens daily 24 hours. From 06.00 A.M. - 10.00 P.M. guest can access by room's key card, and the sky garden is for jogging and work-out programs are also available for you to enjoy.
  • The Swimming pool opens normal (06.00 A.M. - 10.00 P.M.)
  • Restrictions remain with capacity limits, thus reservations are recommended.

Breakfast will be served at Rain Tree Café, located on the ground floor from 6:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. daily.

 

  • Dining Options:

Rain Tree Café, Ground floor;

  • Open for lunch buffet on Thursday - Saturday from 12:00 P.M. to 02:30 P.M.
  • Open for dinner buffet on Thursday and Sunday, Seafood dinner on Friday and Saturday from 06:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
  • Open for Sunday Brunch from 11:45 A.M. to 03:00 P.M.

 

  • Epicurean Hub, 3rd floor:
  • Open Daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30 A.M. to 02:30 P.M. and 05:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. available at The Silk Road, The House of Smooth Curry, The Allium Bangkok, Kintsugi Bangkok

 

  • Alternative Dining Options:
  • The Glaz Bar opens daily from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. (refreshing cocktails and light snacks)
  • The Bakery opens daily from 07:00 A.M. - 06:00 P.M. (pâtisserie and coffees)
  • The View opens daily from 09:00 A.M. to 09:00 P.M. (poolside al fresco dining)
