Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The hotel is observing social distancing and is in compliance with local authorities’ rules and regulations. Appropriate signage is placed throughout the hotel from check-in desks to in-room guest directory. Restaurants’ and bars’ seating capacity restrictions reflecting social distancing are also visibly advised. Meeting and Events venues set up, an individual set of standard meeting amenities and coffee break are applied while social distance regulation is being observed. Alcohol spray and hands sanitizer are being placed in visible public area.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: 07.00 am. - 09.00 pm.

Spa: 10.00 am. - 08.00 pm. (Close on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Beach: Open

Lagoon Pool: 07.00 am. - 07.00 pm.


Island View Pool: Closed

Kids Club / Playground: Closed

Contact less payments or credit/debit card payments is available. Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants. Pick-up service is available from front desk or directly from the restaurant as the preferred option.


Breakfast : 06.30 am. - 11.00 am.

Lunch : 12.00 am. - 04.00 pm.

Dinner : 05.00 pm - 09.00 pm.


Fish Bar: Temporary Closed will available for service by 21 January 2022

Java+: 11.00 am. - 09.00 pm.

Water Bar: 10.00 am. - 07.00 pm

The Lounge: 12.00 am - 09.00 pm.


Beach Bar: 01.00 pm - 07.00 pm.


Alcohol beverages are available until 05.00 pm.
