Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Our Social Distancing Measures and Contactless Experience extended from the porte-cochère to the heart of the house. As the guest safety is our first priority, all communications are placed thoughtfully to keep your experience at Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort and Spa enjoyable and carefree. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options.
 

Communications: Digital signage and all high-traffic areas of the resort are equipped with Social Distancing signage reminding guest to maintain the practice of hygiene as well as floor markings to indicate suitable distance between persons. Seating capacities are also adjusted to comply with the measures while there will be markings to indicate available seats.

 

Check-in experience: Upon arrival, guests will go through a screening checkpoint including body temperature check, disinfecting matt for shoes, Thai Chana tracking application and standard sanitising hand gel. Upon arrival, guests are required to wear face mask.


Staying experience: With frequent practice of in-room hygiene, the housekeeping will perform a disinfection cleaning procedure to ensure all high-touching amenities are well attended such as door knobs and handles, buttons, switches, luggage racks, TV remote control, electronics and telephone. All guest rooms are also provided with a disinfecting wipe while face mask is available upon request. Valet service is not available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitising stations.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.


Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Our recreational outlets are open for guest enjoyment with the elevated hygiene measures and local authority guidelines in place such as frequent cleaning on all set of equipment and amenities every 02 hours, Social Distancing Measures and limiting guests when the capacity reaches its maximum.

Infinity Pool: Open from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs., all seating are limited

Le Meridien Family Kids Club: Open upon request. Sunday from 09:00 - 17:00 hrs.

With selected food and beverage outlet for guests' enjoyment, we open our signature Italian restaurant ‘FAVOLA' for breakfast, lunch and dinner service during your stay.


Favola Italian Restaurant, operating on Thursday - Saturday from 18:00 - 22:00 hrs. and Sunday from 12:00 - 15:00 hrs.: Upon arrival, guests are required to wear a face mask and to cooperate with the screening checkpoint procedures including body temperature check, Thai Chana tracking Application and may clean their hands with provided standard sanitising alcohol gel. To maintain contactless practice, guest may require digital menu via QR Code.

 

Breakfast: To encourage contactless service, breakfast set will be provided at guest rooms individually for guest enjoyment from 07:00 - 10:00 hrs.

At our meeting spaces, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection as well as maintain safe social distance, including venue check-in and temperature screening, social distancing signage, hand sanitiser stations, associates wearing personal protective equipment, reducing seating capacity, consulting with each meeting planner to review and align on expected social distancing practices and safety measures.
