Our Social Distancing Measures and Contactless Experience extended from the porte-cochère to the heart of the house. As the guest safety is our first priority, all communications are placed thoughtfully to keep your experience at Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort and Spa enjoyable and carefree. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options.
Communications: Digital signage and all high-traffic areas of the resort are equipped with Social Distancing signage reminding guest to maintain the practice of hygiene as well as floor markings to indicate suitable distance between persons. Seating capacities are also adjusted to comply with the measures while there will be markings to indicate available seats.
Check-in experience: Upon arrival, guests will go through a screening checkpoint including body temperature check, disinfecting matt for shoes, Thai Chana tracking application and standard sanitising hand gel. Upon arrival, guests are required to wear face mask.
Staying experience: With frequent practice of in-room hygiene, the housekeeping will perform a disinfection cleaning procedure to ensure all high-touching amenities are well attended such as door knobs and handles, buttons, switches, luggage racks, TV remote control, electronics and telephone. All guest rooms are also provided with a disinfecting wipe while face mask is available upon request. Valet service is not available.
