Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing of 2 meters, and hand sanitizers dispensers available throughout the hotel. The use of facemask is mandatory for all guests and hosts and facemasks are available on request.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have implemented several health and safety measures throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas including restrooms, elevators, lobby, restaurants and bars, spa, and exercise room, and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 2 meters apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hosts will wear PPE (Face Coverings, Gloves etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. Guestroom amenities include mini alcohol spray and face mask, and air purifier is available upon request.
  • Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening hosts and vendors at entry points. For guests we will be temperature screening where required by law.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Swimming Pool: Open daily, Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Exercise Room: Open daily, 24-hour (attended 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and is limited to six guests per time.
  • Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa: Open daily, from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests can now enjoy all spa and aesthetics treatments including relaxation facilities. In adherence to government guidelines, we are required spa & aesthetics guests and hotel & residence guests to present certification of COVID-19 vaccination with fully vaccinated 2 doses, or a negative ATK COVID-19 test result or RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours before booking appointment.   • Spa Facilities: Spread across two levels with wet area facilities, guests can access to the relaxation area including experience rain showers, Thai herbal steam rooms, twilight rasul, vitality hot and cold plunge pools, foot reflexology water walk, and relaxation pods.

From Virtual Meeting and Conferencing to Live Streaming and Meeting Packages, live feed video & audio projections are available in all meeting rooms and connectivity in all public spaces and guest rooms. The following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • Temperature check for guests, hotel hosts and vendors; receive Screening Checked Sticker if temperature falls below 37.5 degree Celsius
  • Using Thailand's tracing application to register attendees' contact details
  • Host wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including face mask, gloves, and face shield, as part of uniform
  • Coffee break items, beverages and lunch servings in the meeting rooms are individually served
  • Daily supervision and inspection by the Food Safety Hygiene Manager
  • Hand sanitizer provided at hotel lobby, public area and event spaces
  • Increased cleaning frequency of all public areas, at least every 2 hours, using pre-approved disinfectant products
  • Fresh air system in function room turned on 30 minutes in advance to ensure good ventilation
  • Set up air purifiers in the event space
  • Reduce human to human contact i.e. process payment by QR Code
  • Single-use microphone cover is changed for each guest to avoid the cross-spread of bacteria and viruses
  • All event spaces to be sanitized after each event

Due to the most recent developments and detection of the new Omicron COVID-19 variant, The Center for COVID 19 Situation Administration in Thailand has issued new entry regulations for all international travelers.

 

Please be informed that the Thailand Pass application portal has been temporarily suspended all new "Test & Go" and Sandbox applications (except Phuket Sandbox), starting from midnight on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 until further notice. 

 

With that, please allow us to update you on the new measures for all Thailand Pass applications as per details listed below:

  1. Applicants who have received their Thailand Pass QR Code can still enter Thailand under the scheme they have registered - NO CHANGES
  2. Applicants who have registered, but have not received their QR Code must wait for their Thailand Pass to be considered / approved. Once approved, they can then still enter Thailand under the scheme they have registered.
  3. New applicants will not be able to register for "Test & Go" and Sandbox measures (except Phuket Sandbox). Thailand Pass will only accept new applicants seeking to enter Thailand under Alternative Quarantine (AQ - further details still to be announced) or Phuket Sandbox only.
  4. Passengers who will arrive in Thailand under "Test & Go" and Sandbox Programs must undergo their 2nd COVID-19 test using the RT-PCR technique (not ATK self-test) at government-designated facilities (no additional cost) - further details still to be announced.
