We at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, are taking every precaution to provide you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols, for working to defeat COVID-19. We have added social distancing markers and partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and associates. Our mobile technologies provide a contact-free check-in experience. All in-room collaterals have been replaced with Dynamic QR code menus. Digital menus & payment options ensure a contact-free dining experience as well. Our Navigator program will also help you find the safest local experiences.
With consultation from our experts in public health, we are redefining our clean and safety standards starting with our public spaces and high traffic areas. A dedicated hygiene manager ensures a strict disinfection schedule and trains our associates' for continued focus on health and safety. Hand sanitizing stations are available at hotel entrances, front desks, elevator banks and meeting spaces. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, using recommended cleaning agents and deploying specific measures for the health and safety of our guests and associates. In our guest rooms, we are ensuring that all surfaces and touchpoints are clinically cleaned in association with recommended partners.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are going beyond our normal protocols to ensure that our spa and fitness centre are always safe for your use. All guests and members need to book an appointment to avail services at Spa and Fitness Centre and are allowed to use an alternate machine to maintain proper distancing in the fitness centre.

We have added social distancing markers and partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and associates. Our updated In-Room Dining protocols will now have your food specially packaged and delivered right to your door without contact. Our kitchen staff adheres to strict social distancing guidelines; regular hand washing and wears Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) all times

Our restaurants have redefined seating layouts to provide reassurance and distancing options for guests.
