Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reduction in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

QR codes enabled at various locations (restaurant menus, service directory, in-room dining menu, payment) to maintain a contactless experience.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided additional hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests must wear a face mask in public areas. Each associate has been trained through online channels and third party hygiene partners to comply with all cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Hotel Car Transportation: All cars will be thoroughly disinfected after every trip. Guest seating is restricted to no more than four guests in an SUV and no more than two guests per sedan.


Guest Room:


  • Sanitizer, face mask, disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
  • Daily housekeeping services are rendered when the guest is not in the room to maintain social distancing.
  • Pre-packaged, sanitized toiletries are available on request.

Air Quality: Treated fresh air is maximized within hotel premise by maintaining relative humidity. HVAC unit filters are replaced frequently.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Airport Transfers: On prior request.

Kava Kitchen & Bar: Open, face masks required upon entry

Additional cleaning/health measures include:


  • Seating capacity reduced in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • All guests undergo temperature checks and are requested to sanitize their hands on arrival. Guests need to display their health status on the Aarogya Setu app.
  • QR codes enabled to view digital menus and make payments.
  • Single use place mats are used on all tables.
  • For food and beverages, takeaway and home delivery is available on request.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
