Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Our mobile technologies provide a contact-free check-in experience and we recommend our guests to use their phones to access their rooms & order room service. We have gone digital and our services like the Spa menu & Guest Service directory can be now accessed by scanning a QR code on your TV screen.


Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Reservations at the restaurants are effectively managed to avoid crowding to regulate the timings of each reservation and to have a cap in place with regards to number of guests at any given point of time in the restaurant. Traditional menus have been replaced by QR codes to aid the contactless experience. Buffet, will be of assisted service replacing the traditional self-service culture. Digital menus & payment options ensure a contact-free dining experience.

We have introduced ‘smart visual cues' throughout the hotel. ‘Smart visual cues' have been showcased both digitally and via printed collateral at critical touch points, to remind our patrons on the significance of social distancing. We have worked this adhering to all recommended government guidelines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several noticeable enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

An enhanced focus on sanitation and hygiene, we at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, are taking all the necessary measures and precautions for the health and safety of our guests and associates.

We have introduced a safety deck in order to communicate the necessary steps being undertaken by us to assure and build confidence amongst our guests.

The usage of personal protective kits are mandatory for our guests and associates, the same are readily available at various locations across the hotel.

Our restaurants have private cabanas and redefined seating layouts to provide the warranted distancing options for guests. The layout of the restaurants has been updated, distance between each table is now 1.5 meters, with reduced seating capacity.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
