Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. We ensure a seamless check-in experience considering safety measures to avoid direct contact. Our kitchen staff adheres to strict social distancing guidelines and regular hand washing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE kit) (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) are worn at all times. Our restaurants offer you private dining facilities, private cabanas and exclusive chef tables. Our Food & Beverage experts have reworked restaurant & lounge seating to provide appropriate social distancing. Digital menus & contactless payment options ensure a contact-free dining experience. Our event experts have re-worked banquet seating to ensure social distancing. All stationeries are sanitized before and after use, sanitizers & face masks are available at all meeting venues.

Our Hygiene Manager regularly inspects cleaning & disinfection throughout the hotel to ensure your safety. Our Learning & Development team ensures that all our associates' are continuously trained with the latest safety & security procedures. Updated protocols are placed to ensure frequent cleaning, sanitization using recommended cleaning agents, and deploying specific measures for the health and safety of our guests and associates. QR codes incorporated in our vehicles, menus and other touchpoints throughout the hotel will provide you with an overview of our cleaning procedures. Hand sanitizing stations are available at hotel entrances, front desks, elevator banks and meeting spaces. In our guest rooms, we ensure that all touchpoints are cleaned with the hospital-grade disinfectant.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
All guests and members need to book an appointment to avail services at Spa and Fitness Centre and share their Arogya Setu App status before entering the gym or spa. Guests / Members are allowed to use the alternate machine to maintain proper distancing in the fitness centre. We recommend carrying own stretch/ yoga mat to maintain personal hygiene. We are not conducting any group classes.
Our Food & Beverage experts have reworked restaurant & lounge seating to provide appropriate social distancing. Our restaurants offer you private dining facilities, private cabanas and exclusive chef tables. Digital menus & contactless payment options are there to ensure a contact-free dining experience. All our associates go through rigorous safety checks; every associate's temperature is checked and recorded and entry is permitted on displaying the Aarogya Setu app. Our kitchen staff adheres to strict social distancing guidelines and regular hand washing.
